FAA Bars US Airlines From Haiti After Gunfire Hits Three Planes
The Federal Aviation Administration said on Tuesday it will bar U.S. airlines from operating in Haiti for 30 days after three commercial jetliners were struck by gunfire on Monday. The FBI said separately it was investigating the incidents and working with law enforcement partners.
