We have confirmed that 1883 actress Isabel May is definitely playing the daughter of Neve Campbell’s Sidney Prescott in Spyglass Media Group’s upcoming Scream 7. The deal is locked, I’m told.

Celeste O'Connor, who starred as Lucky Domingo in Ghostbusters: Afterlife, is the latest addition to the cast of Scream 7. As confirmed by Deadline, O'Connor is set to feature alongside the returning Neve Campbell (Sidney Prescott),

Facing the franchise falling apart, Spyglass Entertainment decided to get back to Scream basics by capitulating to Campbell’s salary requests and bringing in Kevin Williamson (who wrote the screenplays for the first and fourth Scream entries) to direct.

The Scream franchise continues to expand and has recently added actress Isabel May to the cast of its upcoming seventh installment. After making its debut in 1996, the film series was able to garner a dedicated fanbase and spawned five more sequels as a result.

It's been officially announced that Isabel May has been cast in the upcoming horror film Scream 7 as Sidney Prescott's daughter.
