A recall has been issued by Grimmway Farms affecting organic carrots, here is what you need to know about the ongoing recall.

Grimmway Farms issued a voluntary recall on Nov. 16. The recall expanded Thursday to 4 bag sizes of organic carrots.

On Friday, the Food and Drug Administration said some organic carrots and vegetable medleys sold by 4Earth Farms of Commerce, CA. were recalled due to potential E. coli contamination.
