However, these claims are overexaggerated. A recent Microsoft document about supported processors for Windows 11, version 24H2, was released, but it wasn't necessarily for the general public.

This essentially ensures that the Windows 11 24H2 system requirements eligibility of compatible CPUs, and such, are properly maintained by hardware partners like AMD, or Intel, among others.

When it comes to Intel, everything starting with the 6th generation Core processors features PTT (via OnLogic). According to PCMag, Microsoft is pushing heavily for improved security on Windows 11.

The company assures that existing Windows 11 users with older Intel processors will continue to receive support and updates for version 24H2.
