We suggest you update or reinstall your webcam drivers and see if it helps. To check if an update is available for your webcam driver, go to the Optional Updates page in Windows 11/10 Settings.

In Windows 11/10, there is a feature that lets users select which apps can use the camera and which cannot. To fix this issue, check if you have granted camera access to Zoom.
