The Crew-10 team includes Nasa astronauts Anne McClain and Nichole Ayers, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) astronaut Takuya Onishi, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Kirill Peskov.

NASA will provide live coverage of the Wednesday night launch of the SpaceX Crew-10 mission, followed by the crew's arrival Thursday morning in orbit.

After stage separation, the Falcon 9 first-stage booster will trigger Space Coast sonic booms by returning to land at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

SpaceX scrubbed its launch to the space station because of a problem with a piece of ground equipment. Once there, the crew will spend six months testing lunar navigation equipment - their arrival will also allow astronauts Butch Wilmore and Sunni Williams to come home after nine months in space.
