The court issued an injunction shielding ten Planned Parenthood affiliates from a provision in the budget bill to cut off funding for Medicaid contracting for poor women.

Federal funding to Planned Parenthood facilities in Virginia and across the nation are tied up in legal battles for the time being. A provision in Congress’ “One Big Beautiful Bill
