Kacie Breen’s attorney, Richard Ducote, said that while the news of the grand jury’s decision was welcome, it was not a cause for celebration. “It was all a very tragic situation,” he said.

Kacie Breen’s lawyer, Richard Ducote, attached screen shots of dozens of the comments to the petition he filed with the court. The commenters don’t view Breen’s death in shades of gray.

Kacie was born on April 14, 1997, in Marshfield to Richard and Lisa (Weber) Hohl. She graduated from Marshfield High School in 2015 and just graduated from MSTC with a degree in Business Management.
