A cargo plane flying from Dubai skidded off the runway and into the sea while landing at Hong Kong International Airport early Monday, resulting in the deaths of two people, local media reported.

Two security personnel were killed in the incident that occurred at approximately 4 a.m. Monday morning, local time, according to Hong Kong police.
