According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have officially opened talks with Ajax over the signing of highly rated Dutch defender Jorrel Hato. The teenage defender is said to be keen on a move to Stamford Bridge and has indicated that he is willing to agree personal terms with the Blues.
Chelsea have set an asking price for one of their wataway stars, but may find it difficult to find a potential buyer for the player.
