TikTok creator Kelley Heyer, who created the viral Charli xcx “Apple” dance, reached a settlement resolving her lawsuit against Roblox.

Kelley Heyer claims Roblox profited from her choreography without a finalized license agreement, selling over 60,000 emotes tied to a Charli XCX-themed update.

KSI is teaming up with Roblox for his album launch party, complete with a virtual rooftop after party for fans.

Roblox has even published an emote to the Marketplace called “Charli xcx - Apple Dance” and sources have said the artist has created an account.
