VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. – A crash early Wednesday shut down part of Interstate 4 in Volusia County. The crash happened at Enterprise Road in the westbound lanes. All westbound lanes were closed but later reopened after 6 a.m. Details of the wreck have not yet been released.

An crash on Interstate 4 in Volusia County is causing serious delays Wednesday morning. All westbound lanes in the Deltona and DeBary area were shut down for hours, but traffic cameras now show a single lane where vehicles are able to get by.

A crash stopped traffic early Wednesday on a stretch of Interstate 4 in Volusia County. Florida Highway Patrol reported the crash on the westbound lanes of I-4 near Debary shortly before 2 a.m. FHP’s website noted the injury crash happened near mile marker 109. As of 5:30 a.m., officials were still reporting the roadway was blocked.
