Storm Conall has seen torrential rain fall in large parts of the country, triggering flooding and travel chaos.

London, Kent, Dorset, Portsmouth, West Sussex and Isle of Wight could see up to 40mm of rain with the weather warning in place until midday, while 97 flood warnings remain active across the UK. It comes after Storm Bert wreaked havoc over the weekend in south Wales and Northampton, where a danger to life flood warning is still active.

The storm is forecast to track east during Tuesday night and into Wednesday, but will not be at its worst until it has passed through the UK
