Fresh off the release of "Kanguva", Suriya has officially begun work on his next ambitious project, "Suriya 45". Directed by RJ Balaji and produced by Dream Warrior Pictures, the film went on the floors with a grand pooja ceremony today at the Sri Masaniamman Temple in Anaimalai, Pollachi.

Filming for 'Suriya 45', the highly anticipated collaboration between actor Suriya and director RJ Balaji, has commenced in Pollachi with a traditional pooja. This high-budget rural entertainer marks Balaji's directorial debut with Suriya and sees Trisha reunite with Suriya after two decades.

While Suriya and Trisha were not seen together at the puja ceremony, the duo are reportedly paired together for their upcoming film Suriya 45, directed by RJ Balaji.

Tamil actor Suriya, last seen in Kanguva, visited the Sri Masaniamman Temple in Pollachi, Tamil Nadu, for the puja ceremony of his upcoming film with RJ Balaji, tentatively titled Suriya 45.

Suriya was recently seen on the big screens with his latest fantasy action movie Kanguva, directed by Siva. With the movie receiving mixed responses, the Jai Bhim actor has moved past it and kickstarted his 45th movie with director RJ Balaji.
