A DUI suspect accused of killing two toddlers in a crash over the weekend in Rialto has been charged with murder, prosecutors announced.

According to Rialto police, the speeding Dodge Ram truck ran a red light and broadsided a Honda with the children inside, causing it to hit a tow truck.

Relatives say 3-year-old Alinah Flores and her 4-year-old sister, Neveah, died in the crash. According to police, a pickup truck ran a red light and slammed into their sedan. The girls' parents survived the crash.
