Premium Bonds prize fund slashed by NS&I from January 2025 - full list of changes
From Friday, December 20, 2024, interest on the National Savings and Investments (NS&I) direct saver account will fall from 3.75 pre cent to 3.50 per cent, while those holding NS&I income bonds will see their interest rate dip from 3.75 oer cent to 3.49 per cent AER.

Martin Lewis' MSE Premium Bonds warning as NS&I slashes rate
NS&I is making another cut to the Premium Bond prize fund rate, reducing it to 4%. The Premium Bond rate is currently 4.4%. Last month, NS&I said it would cut the rate to 4.15% in the December draw. Now, the rate will fall again to 4% from January.
