A decision on whether Sean “Diddy” Combs’ will be released on bail was pushed back to next week by the judge overseeing his sex-trafficking case.

Sean Diddy Combs will remain in custody for at least several more days as a U.S. judge considers his bid to be released on $50-million bail from the Brooklyn jail where the music mogul has been held for 10 weeks.

A prosecutor argued that Combs had made clear through his own words that “he’s a danger and he’s committed to concealing his crimes by any means necessary.”

The beleaguered rapper-mogul will remain incarcerated for the weekend in Brooklyn as he awaits his trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges, which is set for May.

A federal judge ordered prosecutors Tuesday to destroy copies of notes taken by Sean “Diddy” Combs in his Brooklyn jail cell while the judge considers arguments from the rapper’s attorneys, who claimed the seizure of the notes violated attorney-client privilege.

The judge overseeing Diddy’s case has ordered that the notes found in his cell be destroyed. NBC News reports that federal prosecutors confiscated 19 missives from the disgraced mogul’s cell, which allegedly reveal that Sean Combs has been attempting to influence public opinion from behind bars.
