Michigan State senior guard Jaden Akins was one of three Spartans to score in double figures in the No. 7 Spartans' win over Minnesota on Tuesday.

Tre Holloman scored all 12 of his points in the first half, Jaden Akins had 10 of his 12 after halftime and No. 7 Michigan State routed Minnesota 73-51 on Tuesday night.

No. 7 Michigan State clamped down defensively while rolling to a 73-51 victory against Minnesota on Tuesday night at the Breslin Center to extend its winning streak to 13. This is the first time in Tom Izzo’s 30 seasons coaching the Spartans they went undefeated in both December and January.
