After receiving backlash for not doing enough traditional media interviews, Kamala Harris and Tim Walz have filled their schedules with multiple media appearances.

But Harris and Walz’s slate of upcoming media appearances also comes after some Democrats began to express concerns that the campaign was being too risk - averse in the run-up to the election, avoiding one-on-one interviews and town-hall-style events that involve direct questions from voters.

Vice President Kamala Harris is making a push to reach key voters ahead of the Nov. 5 election with a media blitz of television and podcast appearances, including on Call Her Daddy and The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.
