Those waiting for a second Pixel Tablet will be disappointed that the immediate follow-up to last year’s Android tablet has been cancelled.

Before the Pixel Tablet 2 was reportedly nixed, Google was eyeing a 120Hz screen upgrade, larger battery, and better cameras for the ill-fated successor.

Google 's Pixel tablets are either mostly dead or maybe continuing. Toward the end of November, two different reports came out claiming that Google had cancelled the Pixel Tablet 2 or axed the Pixel Tablet 3. As of this writing, there is no Pixel Tablet 2.

A new leak has revealed details about the major improvements that Google may have included in the cancelled Pixel Tablet 2.

Firstly, just last week, Android Authority reported that the Pixel Tablet 2 was in the works, boasting upgrades like a better camera, a more powerful processor, and compatibility with a keyboard cover — all significant changes over the original Pixel Tablet.

The bigger-screen devices are a lot cheaper than normal even though the shopping holiday doesn't start for over a week.

The primary reason behind canceling an unreleased product could be poor profit predictions. Google may have canceled the Pixel Tablet 2 Google released the first-ever Pixel Tablet last year. It is a decent large-screen Android tablet that benefits from blazing-fast updates.
