A second person was arrested by St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department in relation to the Clayton kidnapping and murder case of 36-year-old Michelle Hampton.

First Alert 4 has learned new details in the kidnapping and murder investigation of a woman from Clayton, Mo. earlier in November.

Two St. Louis men charged in a fatal kidnapping case; charges include kidnapping resulting in death and firearms possession.

Michelle Hampton, forced at gunpoint to drive into St. Louis, was found shot to death in an alley in the 4700 block of Greer Avenue. The incident began when the woman entered a vehicle with the suspected gunman about 7 a.m. in Clayton, police said.

According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, Emmanuel Suarez was arrested Monday and charges were issued by the Circuity Attorney's Office on Tuesday.
