TOWANDA — Blunt force head injuries, including a fractured skull, caused the death of the girlfriend of a former Penn State football player, the Bradford County Coroner’s Office says.

Fleming, the former Penn State and Ohio State receiver, was involved in a fatal accident when the ATV he was driving struck a deer, police said.
