Following the news of Malcolm-Jamal Warner's death, TV father Bill Cosby paid tribute to his onscreen son Theodore Huxtable on 'The Cosby Show.'

Karen Malina White played Charmaine Brown, friend to Cosby cousin Pam (Erika Alexander) on both The Cosby Show and its spinoff series, A Different World. White also dated Warner for seven years, beginning in the late 1990s.

Bill Cosby has reacted to the sudden death of The Cosby Show alum Malcolm-Jamal Warner. Cosby praised Warner's dogged efforts during his 197- episode stretch of The Cosby Show, which aired from 1984 until 1992.
