Everybody will point you towards kanchan restaurant on sambhar phulera road/ or restaurants in phulera, but i will recommend having food at krishna guest house just few meters away from kanchan restaurant. Its a kind of homestay and they prepare very good homely food. But i am not sure whether they serve tourists or to only those who are staying in their property.
