One of the best museums I have ever visited! So much to do and see! Passport stamp is a great bonus too. You can really learn a lot here and at the same time walking around at a leisurely pace.Full review by Adventureswitherself

A:
You can go whenever you want. They say no entrance fee however you have to pay $10 per person for a guide before you can enter. It takes about 2 hours.

You would be better to seek out a good evening meal. The Station has enough interest to keep you there perhaps one hour and a half. There is a fair walk into the grounds unless by taxi. Save the Station for mid morning and take time to visit the grounds and exhibits. The staff are great to answer questions you have. Great place to get photos of the sea lizards hanging around the waterside area of the Station property.
Q:
Would you recommend booking?
A:
You do not need to book. We simply showed up. Definitely worth visiting. Enjoy!
