The grounds of the Imperial Palace were beautifully maintained. One cannot go into the palace but it's a great place to wander around. There were a couple places for refreshments. Full review by Ka H

If you don’t like to follow the guided tour, you can choose the East Garden where is open to public but close every Friday.
