Their hours are: Monday through Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM; Saturday, Noon - 5 PM; Sunday, 1 PM - 5 PM. This is from their Facebook page Tours are scheduled by appointment and are usually for groups, but when you call they may have someone there to do private tours. We especially enjoyed Mr. Al (Holocaust Survivor) for the downstairs, and Dr. Pam Johnson for the Upstairs Jewish Exhibits. We are taking our 3rd group in October and requested these docents for each of the tours because they are so interesting.

There are so many interesting things to see there it's hard to say. A must see in my opinion is the section devoted to the Holocaust. There are historical artifacts and displays of everyday Jewish life. I enjoyed the example synagogue on the second floor.
