You can take photos outside the mansion, but on the entrance of the mansion, there's a reception where in they will give you the price list. When we went there, we paid Php 200, 2 pax, 30 mins tour, using SLR & cellphone. I think there's additional costs depending on the gadgets you'll use, but you can always negotiate.
That depends, but the tour requires at least 3 people per batch. Sometimes they tour two batches, so that's 6 people. It's a great place kinda old but very lux.
