We unfortunately waited too long and ended up getting the back seats in the upper gallery. I'm wondering if I should just ask my money back 'cause I don't want to sit in a place where I can't see or hear anything. But if anyone has different thoughts, I'd love to hear them. FYI, I've never been to this theater before.

I think no. That is the risk you take being late. I don't understand why you did not know where your seats were located? There is a seating map online. It's a cool old theater saved from the wrecking ball and a Memphis treasure. Many seats are compromised and me too over 50 years of going there have encountered unfavorable obstructions or seating to far back. I'm sorry you had a bad time.

Basically this occurred during one concert the speakers were STACKED, but of course the concert was so hyped NO ONE was sitting MOST of the time... JUST AN FYI... get your tickets EARLY:) Never had any issues with Musicals/Comedy shows just a "GOOD TIME:)"
I have Hamilton tickets and have 2 choices on where to sit: Row AA in the orchestra all the way against the wall or row E in the Right Balcony seats 5 and 7, which is best? Any view obstructions?
