Sorry for this very late answer. There will be boats who will grab your offer from from Romblon proper but it is not advisable to do due to unpredictable waves. Better to go take the ship …
Sorry for this very late answer. There will be boats who will grab your offer from from Romblon proper but it is not advisable to do due to unpredictable waves. Better to go take the ship (Montenegro or Navio) and go straight to Sibuyan Island. Then take the jeep going to San Fernando, then you can take the boat. It will take almost an hour to reach the islet.
