Great trails! However, there is a lot of standing water and therefore many, many mosquitoes. Also, the bathroom / shower house has been closed over a year. Needs improvement Full review by Pam W

What a beautiful state park, especially in the fall! Loved the hike, the colors, the beautiful scenery, the river, the camping. Everything about this park was amazing! Full review by Emily L

It depends on how much you want see and from what vantage point. To just walk in to the nearest falls and walk back out I think it would take you at least 20 to 30 minutes if you …

To just walk in to the nearest falls and walk back out I think it would take you at least 20 to 30 minutes if you wanted to see it at the river level. If you just wanted to look down on the river it would be a short walk maybe 5-10 minutes total.

You cannot view the falls by car. There is a long trail to get to them (there are two falls) or a short trail from a parking lot but either way you do have to walk on a trail to see them.
