Looking back on it I'm not sure I would've enjoyed this particular Silent Hill on a larger screen. The level design seemed to be made to be enjoyed on the smaller screen. And for $10 less with really no negatives, I'd go with that.

WEBJul 22, 2022 — It's playable, but definitely the least desirable version of the game. Shattered Memories was developed witch the Wii in mind. Thus, if you can get over the motion controls, this is clearly the best version to play. The PS2 port is fine, it looks worse and has some redesigned areas to accommodate the weaker hardware.

Idk about the performance on the PS2 version, but the PSP version amazingly runs at (an unlocked) 60 frames per second, which blew my mind at the time. 150K subscribers in the silenthill community.
