If you are planning on riding in the woods a kickstand can be more of a liability than something useful. That being said greenfield was the standard for kickstands when I worked in a bike shop 15 years ago. Buy it and hacksaw it to the proper height.

WEBApr 30, 2021 · In general, it’s best to avoid a kickstand if possible. Bikes do just fine leaning against objects or even on their side. Kickstands introduce quite a lot of extra weight and add an additional part that can be knocked loose and go straight into your back wheel. Especially on a mountain bike like yours, I’d expect a bad outcome.

I can’t think of a good reason for one tbh. Let me tell you a story when I was about 12. I had a kick stand on my bike. I was getting better and better on my bike.
