Since pretty much everything on the menu is included it usually works out pretty nicely. I usually include the caveat that not ALL menu items are included but most.

For whatever reason now no matter what the combination of toppings the pizza always has an extra $1.50 added as if I had added a premium topping.

Domino's Pizza Inc. gets their money from the franchisees even if the franchisee is losing money - so they literally don't care if the franchisees can't sell a $6.99 pizza and make money. Break even in our stores for a delivery on average is $22 with delivery charge.
