WEBMay 14, 2019 — Funny story - We have a locally owned craft-your-own pizza place. Their crust is amazing. Thin, perfectly crisp, and cooked in a big wood fired pizza oven. They started offering cauliflower crust, which is a $4 upcharge. When they released their nutritional data recently, I cracked up. It is 60 calories more per pizza than the regular crust.
